FLOATING IN FIBER

    Kona cotton was used for this quilt.  I wanted to experiment with free motion ruler work quilting using some new circles and ovals rulers I had purchased.

     After quilting, Shiva Paintstiks were gently rubbed over background quilting to add a different look.

     Yarn was couched down over the quilting and also used a a faux piping.
